render node pools. Pools can only be defined in this location and
will be propagated out to the rest of the system after hitting the
"OK" button.

Overview:
This dialog
is the main interface to define and modify the pools for the render
nodes. All currently logged on nodes will appear in the "Current
Online Nodes" window. To add a RenderDog to a render pool, the
RenderDog client must be started on the render node. RenderDogs can
exist in multiple pools so nodes can be shared. A blue icon next to
the node indicates the node is currently active in the system, gray
indicates that the saved node is not logged into the system, and green
indicates a newly added node to a pool.
Pool
Menu:
Right
clicking in the "Current Pools" window will bring up the pools
menu. To add a new pool select "Add Pool". A blank entry will
appear with a blinking cursor. Type the name of the new pool and hit
enter. This pool is now ready to have nodes added.
To rename
a pool simply select the pool to rename and choose "Rename Pool"
from the menu. The pool name will become editable so a new name can
be entered.
Deleting
the pool is just as simple. Select the pool to be deleted and choose
"Delete Pool" from the right click menu. All nodes will be
removed from the pool and the pool will be removed from the list.
"Remove
Node(s)" removes the selected nodes from their respective pools.
Multiple nodes may be selected by using the shift-click and ctrl-click
methods. After selecting the nodes to be removed, right click in the
window and choose "Remove Node(s)".
Add/Remove:
To add
RenderDog nodes to a pool first select the pool. Then choose the nodes
to be added from the "Current Online Nodes" list. Multiple
nodes can be selected by using the shift-click and ctrl-click methods.
Once all the nodes to be added have been selected click the "<--Add"
button. This will place the newly added nodes under the selected pool.
These nodes will be flagged with a green icon to indicate that these
are new and not a part of the currently stored pool tree.
To remove
a node select the nodes to be removed using the shift-click and ctrl-click
methods and press the "Remove-->" button. This will remove
the nodes from the pool that they were selected from. If nodes reside
in multiple pools, the other pools that these nodes exist in will remain
unaffected.
